Hardware and robotics executive. Caitlin advises early-stage teams building at the intersection of hardware, robotics, and AI, and serves on the board of Axon. Previously she led robotics hardware at OpenAI, AR/VR hardware at Meta, and the Mac Pro and MacBook Air at Apple.

At OpenAI, Caitlin rebuilt the robotics program, building the hardware and operations functions from scratch and hiring and scaling the team.

At Meta, Caitlin was the company's first consumer electronics hire and led AR glasses hardware, including the team responsible for Orion. Before that she headed VR hardware, leading product design and integration for Quest 2, Quest, Go, and Rift S, and the mechanical engineering team that shipped the original Oculus Rift and Touch controllers.
