Hardware and robotics executive. Caitlin advises early-stage teams building at the intersection of hardware, robotics, and AI, and serves on the board of Axon. Previously she led robotics hardware at OpenAI, AR/VR hardware at Meta, and the Mac Pro and MacBook Air at Apple.
Caitlin joined OpenAI in 2024 to help rebuild its robotics program. She built robotics hardware and operations from scratch, hiring and scaling the robotics team.
